From evaluating the readiness of the facility for proposed solutions to recommendations and exaction of installation and or preventative maintenance programs, we provide a menu of flexible plans for your consideration. Mid-AtlantiCare understands completely the importance in planning the installation process. Mid-AtlantiCare’s team expects to visit the facility ahead of time to evaluate the multiple logistical issues that are commonly encountered during the installation process. By planning the installation process, we demonstrate how we have a deep respect for the considerations of facilities personnel, safety program management, and most importantly nursing management and their staff. All our Certified Installers have experience with operating Hospitals and Home as well as complex new construction.
Mid-AtlantiCare is available 24 hours through a pager system and cell phones. Our philosophy is to create multiple levels of support for our clients. Helping facilities achieve self sufficiency is our goal. Local expertise in the Hospital is a critical element. Our Clinical/Unit based training addresses simple user issues such as battery and hand control replacement. 2nd level of support is the facilities bio-med department. Local Liko or Mid-AtlantiCare resource with back up inventory will assist in trouble shooting any operations issues and may rely on Liko headquarters in Franklin MA. If a service call is required our normal response time is 24 hours or as needed by the facility.

Most Parts are 1-2 days after receipt of order. Product will be shipped from either our Riva MD location or one of our US based warehouses where we have over $9 million in inventory and normal UPS delivery is 2 days. We can set up a 4 hour service on identified product should you wish increased availability of products.
Lifts, AirSlide, Rollbord, Slidesheets, AirPal and Total Lift II are normally 1 week delivery after receipt of order.
